We will carry out due diligence on the area including all local amenities, transport routes and distance to motorways.

Comparables
We vet all areas to find information to suit your strategy, such as, comparable house prices, expected rental income, rental demand and demand for single rooms for a HMO.
Short term rental data, such as, occupancy rates and expected revenue.

Regeneration
We investigate into what upcoming developments and regeneration areas are in planning and which areas are receiving government funding for regeneration.
